This website mainly serves as an artist portfolio for Artsy Amani. Clients can take a look at various pieces, from portraits to comics. They can also purchase framed posters through the online shop. Lastly, website users can also get a glimpse at the world of illustration through the Blog section where various posts discuss this topic. The website operator as well as the website users must comply to the following Terms and Conditions.  

1. Usage of artwork
All the artwork on this website is the property of Artsy Amani. It is subject to copyrights and cannot be used for personal or commercial purposes, in any shape or form. Website users may not claim ownership to any of the artworks showcased on this website, modified or unmodified. However, artwork that was commissioned to a client can be used by the client as they see fit.

2. Site content
All content, including imagery, published on the artsyamani.com domain, is the property of Artsy Amani and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Artsy Amani website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and personal purposes without the prior written consent of Artsy Amani. Artsy Amani is not liable for all external links present on this site. It is the website user’s responsibility to decide whether or not to access those links and how they want to interact with them. 

3. Commissions
All commission requests must be submitted through the contact form on the contact page. Clients must keep in mind the following regulations when submitting their request:

• 3.1: For portrait commissions, please ensure that the image is a clean headshot with a simple background. You may refer to the portraits tab on my portfolio 
• 3.2: For single illustration commissions, please provide a detailed description of the desired work. We will then get in touch with you to discuss further details and present initial sketches
• 3.3: For comics, please specify if you desire them to be in color or black and white, printed or digital, as well as the length of the comic

Please note that Artsy Amani reserves the right to refuse any commission that is sexual, offensive or vulgar in any way.

4. Pricing
The price for portraits can vary depending on if: a) the portrait needs to be printed, framed and/or shipped; b) there is more than one person to be drawn in the piece. Prices for illustrations and comics may vary depending on the complexity of the piece(s). A contract clearly stating the obligations of both parties and including the price of the commission will be communicated to the client before commencing the project. 
Artsy Amani reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any item sold on the online store with or without notice. Prices of all items are subject to change at any time.

5. Delivery
Currently, prints are only being shipped to Canada and the United States. Framed posters are manufactured and shipped by a third party that has an office in each of these countries. Therefore, they can take approximately five (5) to eight (8) business days to be shipped. Note, these shipping times are estimates and are subject to change. If your order still does not arrive after fifteen (15) business days, please contact Artsy Amani.   

6. Refund policy
Artsy Amani does not provide refunds for any sold item. By making a purchase on this site, the client understands and accepts the no-refund policy. 

7. Warranty
The items sold on this site are provided without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Artsy Amani be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising during the delivery of products.

8. Netiquette 
Website users are permitted to leave reviews on this site. However, all comments deemed derogatory, insulting or in any way inappropriate will be deleted. Website users have the responsibility to ensure their reviews are respectful and in no way offensive to the public. 

9. Limitation of liability
The information provided in the blog posts are, for the most part, based on the experience of the artist. The posts are for informational purposes and do not make any express or implied warranties, or assume any legal liability for the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information provided, including links to other websites.

10. Privacy policy 
All website user information is protected under the Privacy Policy of this website.

11. Arbitration
In case of a dispute between the client and the artist, or if either party fails to respect their clauses of the contract, the legal procedure will be to follow the Ontario Arbitration Act and/or The Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. 

12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using this website, the user agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions and must comply to them. Please note that Artsy Amani reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
